About Deals HQ
Who we are
Deals HQ is a retail showroom and online store based in Quantico, Virginia. We purchase overstock, closeouts, excess inventory, bulk merchandise, customer returns, Scratch & Dent appliances, and other merchandise through established retail and liquidation channels and offer those products to our customers at competitive prices.
No. We’re proud to be located in the Quantico military community and serving military members and their families is an important part of our story, but Deals HQ is open to everyone.

Pricing & Savings
How we keep prices small
We purchase merchandise differently. Instead of ordering products only through the traditional retail supply chain, we look for bulk purchasing opportunities involving overstock, closeouts, excess inventory, customer returns, and other inventory. When we buy better, we can price better.
Deals HQ is an independent retailer. Merchandise may originate through major retail, wholesale, manufacturer, distributor, or liquidation channels, but Deals HQ is not affiliated with a particular retailer or brand unless specifically stated.
Deals HQ purchases inventory based on opportunities available through retail, wholesale, and liquidation channels. We may receive a large quantity of one product and only a few of another, and we can’t always reorder something after it sells out. If you find a great deal, don’t assume it’ll be here next week.
Products & Conditions
What you’ll find in store
Many are. Deals HQ may carry New, Like New, Used — Very Good, Used — Good, and Scratch & Dent merchandise. The applicable condition should be identified so customers can make an informed purchasing decision. See our full Product Conditions guide.
Like New merchandise is generally in excellent overall condition with little to no evidence of previous use. It may have been opened, inspected, displayed, or returned. Original packaging may be damaged, replaced, opened, or missing.
Scratch & Dent generally refers to appliances with cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, scuffs, packaging damage, or handling marks. Deals HQ focuses on higher-grade Scratch & Dent inventory where we believe the savings significantly outweigh the cosmetic imperfection. Learn more on our Scratch & Dent Appliances page.
Qualifying Scratch & Dent appliances may include up to a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the manufacturer and individual product. Customers should check the warranty information for the specific appliance. See our Warranty Information page.

Yes. Depending on inventory and available quantities, Deals HQ may offer both individual retail purchases and bulk purchasing opportunities. Customers can contact Deals HQ for larger-volume purchases.
