Brand-New Merchandise
Brand-new merchandise that has not been used. New inventory may include retail overstock, excess inventory, closeouts, discontinued products, seasonal merchandise, or bulk inventory.
Original packaging may occasionally have labels, warehouse markings, shipping wear, or other packaging imperfections. The merchandise itself is sold as NEW.
Excellent Overall Condition
Merchandise in excellent overall condition with little to no evidence of previous use. The product may have been opened, inspected, displayed, returned by a customer, or removed from its original packaging.
Original packaging may be opened, damaged, replaced, or missing. Like New merchandise can provide excellent value because customers can often purchase a product extremely close to new at a significantly reduced price.
Minor Signs of Use
Merchandise that may show minor signs of previous use or handling but remains in very good overall condition. Customers may notice light cosmetic marks, minor wear, packaging damage, or evidence of previous handling or use.
Products are priced to reflect their condition.
More Noticeable Wear
Merchandise showing more noticeable signs of previous use, handling, or cosmetic wear. There may be visible cosmetic imperfections or other evidence of use.
We price these products accordingly so customers can decide whether the additional savings make sense for them.
High-Grade Scratch & Dent Appliances
Primarily appliances with cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, scuffs, packaging damage, or handling marks.
Deals HQ focuses on higher-grade Scratch & Dent inventory where the cosmetic imperfection provides an opportunity for substantial savings.
Our inventory may use condition classifications provided by B-Stock and other inventory sources.
